
My Story
Born and raised in Buffalo, New York and graduate of Niagara University. I am both motivated inside and outside my work circles. Finding time for creativity and my passions outside of work has led me to be a creative in many ways. From my food branded Instagram to constantly finding new passion projects, I'm always in search of my next challenge.

MY EXPERIENCE

COMMERCIAL QUOTE SPECIALIST, IRR SUPPLY
December 2017 to Present
Obtain pricing for products needed for quote then proceeded to properly format and obtain correct information from suppliers. Obtaining pricing came from either within Irr's product system database or calling suppliers for special pricing and shipping methods. Creating a bid list, which showed all jobs going out within the month, then notifying salesman on necessary jobs to send out to whom. Following quote, the making of spreadsheet to tally which general contractors received which quote and the number of quotes going out weekly. At the height of this job approximately 50 quotes a month that I have control of can be going out. Within a daily day anywhere from two to three quotes which I have properly priced and formatted can being going out at any one time.
MANAGER, PIZZA HUT
December 2016 to December 2017
Within a daily day normal tasks ranged from counting cash in all drawers, delegating where every staff member went, to inputting correct hours for staff members. It was my task to making sure drawer counts weren't off, making sure every customer had the proper order, and making sure orders went to the right place (either carryout, dine in, or pickup). When we were low staffed I had to properly designate, reassign tasks, or take charge of the task myself. This ranged from prep list of pizzas/appetizers, to making sure a good cook was on the line. When I oversaw shifts my achievement that I always led with was being under are labor numbers for the day. COMMERCIAL BAKER, MCDUFFIES BAKERY
May 2016- December 2017
At this job I was a part of a three-man team lead with the tasks of producing and packaging bulk order cookies for shipments all around the world. Producing thousands of cookies/biscotti packs of day began with cooking off the order to the proper time to create the best product. We then proceeded to create date labels, which included stamping product shipping containers, labeling boxes, and giving the order the proper bulk food, they asked for. Within this we also created stock food for our company and designated where the leftovers should go. While there I increased the speed of production and helped create systems that lead to better work flow for the team.
TRAINER, TIM HORTONS
September 2015- May 2016
During my time at Tim Hortons I created systems for the front counter team most notably. These included systems to wash out coffee pots, what to do when there was no rush happening, and proper cleaning cycles. While at the counter I led, I helped drive through area with their tasks through my leadership and knowledge of restaurants. I also trained staff on food station which was bagels, speed of service which was always of the top importance, and food product knowledge. This leadership position put me in the position too train the new staff all throughout the store and give my input to greater effect the restaurant.

What I Do

PRICING BREAKDOWNS AND EXCEL MANIPULATION
I have the skills to price products through a supply chain, create product value through customer service and proper back end pricing. While also being able to format, create, edit, my own Excel files or optimize someone else's.
SUPERVISING AND SYSTEM CREATION
Within all of my jobs my natural leadership has always put me designating tasks, creating a team environment, and making other people better through creating of systems and procedures. Bettering of my own systems and creating of new ones to make old systems better is always in the forefront of my mind
